Tyre Retail Congress is a focussed event being organised with an objective to bring together tyre brands , retailers , distributors and auto enthusiasts on a single platform enabling networking, forging of new business relationships and exchange of ideas.

• As a speaker, officials from domestic tyre companies can use this platform to explain about their products, plans , new offerings and opportunities they offer to entrepreneurs wanting to be their authorised dealers. Please rush your confirmation as speaker slots are limited. There are no charges for being a speaker.
• As a speaker, officials from overseas tyre brands can chose this occasion to throw more light about their company, product offerings, value preposition they offer, BIS registration status and introduce their distributors to the trade. Please rush your confirmation as speaker slots are limited. There are no charges for the same.
• As speakers, officials from Tyre Servicing companies , Service Providers and online tyre store companies can utilise this platform to talk about their product and service offerings , business model and value prepositions.

Show case opportunities

Event provides an excellent show case opportunity for tyre trade participants. Here are the various options available:

1. Show Desk : Companies can book a show desk which will give an opportunity to them to have a day long and a very visible presence in the event. Space for a Table , two chairs and a promotion standy will be made available. This will allow people to easily locate the company , sit for discussions and make themselves stand out through a very visible banner standee. Charges : Rupees 30,000/-.
2. Sponsors : Companies can choose to be sponsors of the event. This will entitle sponsors to a very visible logo display on the backdrop of the stage , free banner in 8 editions of Tyre Times, 2 specially designed mailers sent to entire database of Tyre Times and half page banner on Changemytyre.com for one full month. There is only single category for the sponsors, however there can be multiple sponsors. Charges: Rupees 1,25,000/-
3. Leaflet distribution : Companies can choose to have leaflets distributed in the event . Leaflets will also be placed at Tyre Times booth at the expo.Charges: Rupees Rs 15,000/- only.
