MY FAVOURITE NATIONAL FOOD FURMAN GNOCCHI NINA STRAKOVĂ
INGREDIENTS:
SALT
SMOKED CHEESE
1 kg POTATOES
ENGLISH BACON
SOUR CREAM
WHOLE FLOUR
RECIPE:
We peel potatoes. Then we wash and finaly grate them. We add salt, flour, and little water to grate potatoes.We mix them.
We boil water with a little salt in a pot. Then we cook dumplings for about 10 minutes. We sometimes mix them.
We chop bacon and fry it.
We drain dumplings into bowl.
We mix dumplings with sheep cheese in the bowl.
This is my favourite national food. It is very beautiful!
