In a continued effort of vertical integration and to increase capacity, iCONN Systems enhanced our capabilities through purchasing additional capital equipment.

NEW CAPABILITIES

3D PRINTING -Provides quick turn prototyping
3D printed connectors are shown above in white. Molded connectors are shown in black.

As you can see, the 3D printed connectors are a quick turn around replica of the molded connectors. This allows iCONN Systems to send prototype products to our customers within a week!

So What does this all mean???

COMPANY GROWTH

We rearranged departments to add personel where we needed it most! Increased our sales department with a new VP of Sales and Marketing, added a Sales Engineer, and moved a VP to focus on Business Development. We also increased our shipping department and plan for additional staffing in the year to come!
iCONN's CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate) has increased at a rate of 12% since 2008.

With iCONN System's Growth,we did not forget about our #1 Goal....
