XTREME USSF Changes Updated

Read about the changes and upcoming updates. Please understand that we will provide more details as we get closer into June. There has not been any final decisions made with any teams.

Texas Xtreme F.C

Almost nine years later, we have finally published our Club Curriculum on the website. This Module explains our system into player development. It still needs to be updated but it is finally out.

This is short articles , notes and videos to help motivate and provide education for our athletes. We are trying to keep the information short and precise so that the athletes will not get bored reading. We will try to update this section monthly.

Texas Xtreme Nutrition

Over the last few years , we have been researching and evaluating a few Nutrition Companies in order for us to help promote and educate our athletes about health and nutrition. We have looked at Advocare , meet with the Owner of Champions EDGE and studied several products sold at GNC.

Our main focus was to find something that would help focus on Hydration for our athletes. Hydration is probably the most unique issue with young athletes.

NOT ENOUGH WATER !!!

Sport drinks are great after you have played an intense game. WE love Gatorade , but let’s be honest. Most people believe that sports drinks are the best alternative to replenish lost fluids and electrolytes when exercising, but that’s simply not true. Many sports drinks contain as much as two-thirds the sugar of sodas. They also typically contain high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS), artificial flavors and food coloring, none of which contribute to optimal health.

So Simply put , Sports drinks are good after a long Marathon or Soccer Game. They are not healthy to drink more than once a day, and they are not good for Hydration before physical activity.

This is why Texas Xtreme has now introduced you to a new product from IDLife called Hydrate. Water, Yes Water is always the best source for Hydration.

Why IDLife Hydration ?

ALL Organic , Non GMO , Casen Free , No Artificial Contents !
