#peel21st Scratch Day Friday May 19th

Every year small groups get together to create and code with Scratch on Scratch Day. For their 10th Anniversary there are festivities world wide all through out the month of May so we thought why not celebrate with the #peel21st community. So on Friday May 19th, share your Scratch creations with the #peel21st community on Twitter or Instagram. The resources in this collection should help you get started. We will also share challenges online through out the day. Want to connect via Google Hangout or Skype? Let us know and we will try to help.

What is Scratch and Scratch Jr anyway?

Create a game, code an animation, design interactive art work, all with Scratch's block coding language that lets you snap together commands as easily as Lego bricks. Create online or offline with Scratch's first program meant for junior & intermediate learners (and beyond) or dive in to Scratch Jr, a free app for our primary learners (and beyond) for iPad or Android Tablets.
