UP EEEI Centennial Celebration Kick-off Party

January 10, 2016- This day officially marks the 100th year of EEE.
To celebrate the wonderful milestone of EEE, a simple gathering was held together with a few alumni with their families and the blessing and tour around the new EEEI Building.

Graduate Students Orientation

January 12, 2016- Graduate students were given ideas on how they can practice and pursue their chosen fields of expertise. (Location: MERALCO Innovation Hall (Rm 120))

Team UP launches LIWANAG

Shell Eco Marathon dates back to 1939 in an attempt to wage a friendly competition on who could travel farthest each with the same liter of fuel. Today, it aims to encourage people, mainly students, to design and create the future of vehicles that is both innovative and efficient. LIWANAG is Team UP's official entry for the Shell Eco Marathon.

Safety Measures Training

January 16, 2016 - The Safety Measures Training was conducted for second year students to teach them basic first aid techniques, bandaging and important points to remember during emergencies and disasters like fire.

Lecture Series and Seminars

The Lecture Series and Seminars is a monthly activity wherein members of the alumni are invited to share their valuable insights, experiences and pieces of advice to students about EEE and how they can be successful with their chosen careers without having to leave the country.

Last January 25, 2016, Dr. Luis Alarilla, Jr talked about his vivid memory of his fifty years in EEE.

The next lecture series will take place on February 15, 2016 with Engr. Robert 'Bong' Minguez and Engr. Deogracias 'Gary' Villame.
