ABOUT US

Yoga and Meditation with CECILIE

In 2009, I met an approach to yoga that became a life changing experience for me. After years of a more instructional, result oriented and technical way of being with my body, I was invited to turn my focus inward. I found a space where I could also be with and sense my body in a more natural, relaxed and open way. I was so inspired that I decided to share my experiences with others. In 2011, I started Hamar Yoga where I today share a fluid, soft, intuitive and explorative approach to yoga both on land and in water. I am deeply grateful for being able to share what has given me so much.

About Bulgaria

Bulgaria has some of Europe’s most ancient and unspoiled natural environments. There are some of the continent’s oldest mountain ranges, primeval forests, glacial lakes, caves and natural rock phenomena.

Bulgaria had been a home of Ancient Greeks and Thracians, Romans, Alexander The Great, Spartacus, and parts of the Byzantine and Ottoman empires. The region abounds in ancient monasteries and archaeological sites, and is awash with myth and legend. Dionysus and Orpheus both featuring heavily in local traditions

Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influences contribute to a well deserved reputation for diverse but distinctive cuisine and the region has been famed and respected for wine production since Thracian times!

We are looking forward to see you in June.

Love and light,

Cecilie and Alex
