The Boys Next Door Firehouse Theater Company

This play by Tom Griffin has stayed with me since I saw Woody Harrelson (Jack) and Michael Jeter (Arnold) play it in New York City.. (it was also a 1996 TV Movie)

We follow the story of four roommates with intellectual disabilities, who live in a supervised apartment. Their social worker has challenges of his own. It's funny, touching, and sincere.

Director Katie Mangett has a talented cast. Andrew Uhlenhopp (Arnold Wiggins), Greg West (Lucien P. Smith), Luke Terry (Norman Bulansky), Joe Von Bokern ( Barry Klemper), Peter Marullo (Jack), Kelly Uhlenhopp (Sheila), Lucius Wall ( Mr. Klemper) and, in multiple roles, Anne Meyers.

For a while"The Boys Next Door" was the most produced play in America and as a result I have seen it many times...I'm so glad I had the chance to see this cast tell the story...

You don't want to miss it.
