MY FAVOURITE national FOOD 'Mačanka' Mushroom soup - Natalia Roskova
INGREDIENTS:
dry mushrooms
whipping cream 2.5 decilitres
sour cream 1 pot
water
sauce from sour cabbage 1-2 deciliters
salt
pepper
sausage
flour 2-3 spoons
bay leaf

Soaked mushrooms boil in salt water fo 1-2 hours.
