Hammons went 14-of-17 from the field, 4-of-4 from the free throw line and finished the game with seven dunks.

Not distracted by Coach Miles' sweater, Hammons moved into 22nd place on the school's career points list, reaching 1,400 career points.

He now has 1,400 points, 826 rebounds and 312 career blocked shots.

More impressively, Hammons became just the second player in the last 20 years of college basketball to have at least 32 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 blocked shots.

P.J. Thompson finished with six points, seven assists, two rebounds and zero turnovers in 33 minutes of action.

Over the last seven games, Thompson has 22 assists against one turnover (an offensive foul vs. Iowa) in 187 minutes of action.

Thompson now boasts an obscene 6.00 assist-to-turnover ratio (66:11), leading the country in A:TO ratio.

Thompson is averaging one turnover for every 46.4 minutes played this year (11 turnovers / 510 minutes played).

Isaac Haas tallied 13 points in just 12 minutes of action, going 5-of-6 from the field and 3-of-3 from the free throw line. He and Hammons combined for 45 points, 12 rebounds, six assists and five blocked shots in 41 minutes of action. The duo went 19-of-23 from the field and 7-of-7 from the free throw line.

Playing on a gimpy ankle, Biggie Swanigan finished with six points, 12 rebounds and five assists.

Swanigan now has 199 rebounds on the season, needing just seven more to tie the most by a freshman in Purdue school history.

Swanigan is now averaging 9.9 points, 9.0 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game. He is one of four freshmen in America to average 9.0 PPG, 9.0 RPG and 2.0 APG.

Vince Edwards tallied five points and six assists with three rebounds. Edwards saw his five-game double-figure scoring streak come to an end, but is still averaging 10.5 points, 5.4 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game. He is shooting 28-of-69 (.406) from long distance.
Despite Coach Miles' defensive efforts, Ryan Cline buried a pair of 3-pointers and now has 29 on the season, equaling the ninth most by a freshman in school history.
