RELAX ~ RENEW ~ RESTORE // Self Awakening Workshop

SUNDAY, MAY 22 @ 5-7PM

with Alison Fellers

“What happens when you let go of control and let the wisdom of your organism move you?” ~ Don Stapleton

This workshop is an invitation to slow down and listen to messages your body sends through increased sensation and intuitive wisdom. Through the self healing practice of Self Awakening Yoga, we allow the body to learn through our own personal inquiries: “What wants to happen? What wants to open?” In this workshop, we will discover ways to use Self Awakening Yoga to access relaxation, positive energy and balance. We will tap into the nervous system through movements of action (sympathetic) and relaxation (parasympathetic). Movement-based inquiries of Self Awakening Yoga and gentle supported postures will help us to find this balance we seek.

Alison Fellers RYT500 will teach from her own personal experiences and extensive trainings she received while living, teaching and studying in Nosara, Costa Rica. **Self Awakening Yoga was created by Don Stapleton, Ph.D., of Nosara, Costa Rica.
