The year my mining town was founded was 1879.
My town is active. The current population is 5,800. The peak population was 10,000+!
The mineral that Aspen mines in silver. I think silver is very pretty.
I never knew that silver came in blocks.
I camp at this campground every Fourth of July!
Aspen has more designated unowned land that anywhere else in Colorado.
The total storage of water in Aspen is 10.39 million gallons!
