We opened at Easter back in 2012. There were just six of us then, and on the first day it snowed and nobody came in. Pretty stressful. Lots of things have happened since then, and its much busier now. Much busier! We're looking for likeminded people to join us. If you have a passion for food and drink, and you're not afraid to get your hands dirty, you might like it at Lucky Beach.

We have two new projects coming up in Brighton. First up, an £800k conversion of one of Brightons best loved businesses, working with one of the UKs top Michelin Chefs. Secondly, a new 100-room boutique hotel with an all-day food offer in the second quarter of 2017.
Recently we were awarded the highest status by the Sustainable Restaurant Association. All of the key ingredients are farmed the right way, locally. Most of the food is organic, not everything but when we can source it we do. We work with local bakers, brewers, buy from local vineyards, and the fish comes in to the beach every morning.
