In this renovation we made 3 smaller garage doors into 2 larger doors and bumped out the garage to make deeper and added a new roof around the expanded garage.
We added custom gutters and downspouts with a new Freisz accent on the bump out on the office.
New cypress beams around many areas of the addition. Added new column at entry to support beams and new wing walls at the entry of the motor court. We also added a courtyard to left front with cypress beams.
The new paver driveway was a new brick that resembles a reclaimed old Chicago brick for the driveway.
