This was a very closed in kitchen prior to renovation.
Reframed all new interior walls and added dropped soffits to allow for mechanicals while maximizing ceiling heights in high-rise building.
After many removed walls we have a wide open kitchen with large island for entertaining that is open to living room.

We removed the columns and most of the walls to make the space more open and accessible to other living areas.

We kept the existing cabinetry and changed the counter tops, sink, fixtures, backsplash and lighting.
Took space from existing closet and added wine chiller and cabinetry.

We removed a double set of pocket doors that closed of the space and made a large opening to closet with a set of French doors to enter new bathroom.

Removed walls that closed off area. Moved water closet to new location. Finished off with Carrera marble throughout with quartz tops and bench.

This was the existing enclosed balcony. We kept half of it closed in and utilized for the new master closet. The other half we opened back up for an outdoor seating area.
