Location, location, location
Our new beach house was just built in 2008 and is steps to the beach and a short walk to the shops & restaurants of one of Southern California's most iconic beach towns, the village of Encinitas.
Footsteps to the beach
The house is across from a very popular, renovated beach area that looks like a scene from a movie. The playground, volleyball courts, beach bonfires and beach restaurant are just a few yards away.

It's rare to find a new home in San Diego that is this close to the beach with this much capacity. In addition to 7 bedrooms you'll enjoy 2 Living Spaces and 2 full kitchens.
This place has everything you need, and is in an amazing location. The photos look great, but you really can't fully appreciate this place until you see it.
Most beach houses in San Diego are on a very high bluff but ours is easy access to the beach on a sidewalk and two blocks from the main shopping street and train station.
Outstanding Views
Beach and ocean views are from the large living/dining/kitchen area and master and 2nd bedroom.
Close to all the attractions
Truly an ideal spot for a vacation and close to the highway for the short drive to the Del Mar Racetrack, Lego Land, San Diego Zoos, Sea World, and downtown.

The house is massive, beautiful, and the finishings are modern and sleek. I really can't say enough about the location and the space is really very nice and welcoming.
We just bought this home in 2014 and have furnished it with mostly Pottery Barn and William Sonoma furnishings in a Modern/Beachy decor. Everything is new. (Why choose a rental where the bedding and furnishings have been there for tons of people to use? Gross!)
Gorgeous Bedrooms
All of our bedrooms are tastefully decorated with brand new, high quality bedding and big murals on the walls. 3 of the Bedrooms have their own private en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have a dedicated air conditioner.

The bathrooms are all stainless steel and glass tile with high end fixtures.
Living Spaces
There are two main living spaces with full kitchens and top of the line appliances. The upper floor provides breathtaking views from almost every angle and a 55" TV for when the gang wants to sit back and take in a movie.
Easy access to an outdoor patio from the Living Room, Master Bedroom & 2nd Bedroom
Living Space #2 (Media Room)
The Media Room has a huge sofa that can fit 6-8 people. Ottomans can be connected so that you can lay back in front of the 70 inch TV.
Enjoy easy access to an outdoor dining set for 10, a BBQ, a hot outdoor shower and a double daybed from Pottery Barn in your own private patio area.
A large circular sofa with an open grass area are just around the corner. As is the path that leads to the beach.
Great for large families
It was a really great house for my toddlers - they loved going to the little playground across the street 2x-3x a day
Parking includes a 2 car garage with enough room outside to fit an additional 3 cars. Little kids will love the park and older kids will love the volleyball and beach access and everyone will have a great time at the bonfires. Older adults have easy access.
There are also tons of activities at the beach: yoga, drum circles, volleyball, tennis courts, restaurant, surf rentals, concerts, street festivals, lessons and day camps. Take the train straight to downtown San Diego or LA and don't worry about driving home.
Great for corporate retreats
Estee was very accommodating and went out of her way to make the experience five stars. We hosted a retreat there with 14 people and it was perfect.
Hi speed Internet, plenty of bedrooms and 2 living spaces with kitchens make this a perfect place to host your next corporate retreat. In addition, you have a 55" Screen TV in the upstairs Living Room and a gigantic 70" screen in the lower level Media Room. HDMI ports are accessible on both TVs so you can easily present if needed. Both floors have indoor and outdoor dining areas in addition to a large outdoor couch that easily seats 10 people for lounging.
