End-of-Year Clinic Procedures

All medications and equipment must be picked up by May 25 at 11:30 a.m.

After that date, all medications will be transported to District Student Services in the Lecanto Complex. All medications will be disposed of after Friday, June 3.

We realize how expensive medication is and do not wish to destroy medication needed by your child, but we cannot leave it in the clinic during the summer.

If your child will be attending summer school, try to arrange his/her medication schedule before or after school (summer school is a half day). If it is necessary to give the medication during school hours, you will need to deliver the summer school medication and authorization form to the school they will be attending.

8th Grade Dance

The 8th grade dance will be May 20 from 6 to 8 p.m., with pickup promptly at 8:00. The theme is "A Night in Paris."

Band Concert

There will be a band concert on May 10 at 6 p.m. In the CSMS cafeteria. Admission is free. Come and support your CSMS Falcon Band!

The sixth grade team would like to thank all the families who graciously donated extra funds for the zoo trip and bowling trip. These generous gifts permitted several students to attend the trips whom wouldn't have been able to go otherwise. We and everyone at CSMS appreciate your thoughtfulness and support of our Falcon Family.

We would also like to thank all the parents of our 6th graders who helped make their year a success! We couldn't do it without you, and we appreciate the support you give your students, your schools, and your community. See you next year!
