Friday UNC Practice

This was one of those moments that we completely didn't expect - getting to the stadium for UNC's practice. Soo... yeah, not the best coverage. We stopped in to get our credentials and thought "Oh they're having practice right now... let's go check it out." Most of the time was spent realizing "Holy cow this place is HUGE!"

That moment when you're taking photos of Vice President Biden, and you realize that somewhere in the building there are multiple sniper rifles pointed at you... "just in case". Goosebumps.

The atmosphere outside of UNC's locker room was electric, meanwhile Syracuse down the hall is quiet and somber.

After shooting these I really wanted to just go into a cave and hide for about 3 days for a few reasons: Adam Levine is stupidly talented and far too handsome for any one mortal. I really screwed up these shots. Seriously. These are bad. We completely had to play dumb and ask for forgiveness to be in the media pit. We didn't connect the right dots with our folks at work to get proper access, so we just winged it. It shows in the photos.

VILLANOVA WINS

Watching the Villanova kids celebrate this win was nothing short of amazing. I almost got landed on by Kris Jenkins when he jumped into the student section, and I was completely fine with that fact. I sat in the press box editing these photos and was pulling confetti out of my shirt and shoes for about 10 minute afterwards.
