It's the 1960's and open plan is displaced by a desire for more privacy:
Today’s cubicle concept that we all love to hate was initially seen as an escape from the watchful eyes of management. While the open plan concept was intended to promote collaboration and decrease office space costs, it was seen by employees as continual surveillance. The privacy of cubicles was welcomed. But, they were not the cubicle we know today...in fact there were some surprising features we consider innovative today!


NOW...
It's 2016 and cubicles have changed again...
Walls have come down, privacy is balanced with open line-of-sight, individual spaces are interspersed with collaborative spaces...

Project Update
Project Update: Houston Corporate Office Installation:
COFCO recently completed a three-floor corporate office building installation in the industrial section of Houston, TX.


COFCO is pleased to announce the addition of Renee Pepsin to our sales and marketing team. On March 28th Renee took on the role of Strategic Relationship Specialist, a newly created position that will focus primarily on building relationships within the A&D and broker communities. Renee has worked as a senior designer at a highly respective design firm and a leading brokerage company and is very well known within these communities. Her experience will be invaluable as she shapes her role at COFCO. “As COFCO continues to grow and thrive, the need for someone to focus on our relationship with architects, designers and brokers has become necessary,” said VP of Business Development Dean Molz. “We believe that Renee will be the perfect person for this task and will also great addition to the COFCO team.”
