Night Panning Fuji X-T1 meets Citylights

The Fuji X Cameras are known, as perfect companion for street photography, but how about action in low light. Action with cars or bikes on the street in their movement...?

For this shooting the FUJI X-T1 was on the set with the Fujinon XF 23. All shots with open aperture at f1.4.

The autofocus worked great! The shutter speed was set on 1/15 sek. Normaly I shot pannings with 1/30 or 1/60. But to get a great light traces effect I decided to try out 1/15 sek. As a positive side effect the ISO was at ISO 400.

special mute with Polaroid colors and split toning

The postprocessing is based on a VSCO Polaroid film simulation and with some split toning, a bit more dynamic and clarity.

I love the rendering...
I love the rendering of the Fuji lenses and the Fuji X-Trans sensor. With the new AF update the combination is a perfect companion for every situation!
