MY FAVOURITE FOOD potato dumplings with sheep cheese and bacon; Nina Peráčková

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • sheep cheese
  • flour
  • bacon
  • sour cream
  • salt

Grate potatoes and add salt.

Add flour and 3 eggs, mix it.

Cut the bacon and fry it.

Mix sheep cheese with sour cream.

Mix it together and put bacon on it.

This is potatoe dumplings with sheep cheese and bacon. (in Slovak language "Bryndzové halušky")
