ChickChaCha Journey of Yiting liu's ART WORK

This artwork is called "Confusion", designed by scanning a crumbled paper and utilizing Illustrator to create a contrast scene. My intention is to create a symmetrical pattern yet confuse viewers at the meantime.

TheFlow

"TheFlow" is created through Adobe Illustrator. My intention is quite clear since I find lines and threads fascinating. They are simple yet complicated. With the distinct and contrast color of red, white and black, "TheFlow" gives a sensation of solitude yet noise. The complication of simplicity is what "TheFlow" tries to address. The reason to call the artwork as "TheFlow" is that the lines are cohesive and you can barely take your eyes off the movement of these lines and threads. People get attractive by a great variety of things in their lives. Yet, the complicated network of their attentions just flow along with their interests, careers, and lives.

My Emotional Week

This is a Data Mapping about the hours I spend on sleeping and studying to show different emotions of me everyday.

Monday: After handing my homework, I am actually thinking about things to do for fun.

Tuesday: Oh no, I have dues for Thursday.

Wednesday: NO!!!! I don't want to go through Thursday. I don't like deadlines.

Thursday: Oh My God! Can't believe it's Thursday. Got to hand in Computer Science Program!!!!!!

Friday: What a busy week! I deserve tons of fun!

Saturday: It is so nice out and without the burden of my homework! Oh Yeah!

Sunday: Oh no! I still have assignments for Monday.

Monday:....

It seems to me when the ratio of % of study is close to the ratio of % of sleep, I am the happiest. That's Friday.

What's your happiest weekday?

When The Brilliant Minds Meet

Visioners as Ernest Lawrence, Glenn Seaborg and Robert Oppenheimer discovered new 184-inch chemical element, Cyclotron, in Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Likewise, Steve Jobs also imposed a phenomenal influences around the world through his innovative creations of Apple products. My idea is to combine the history concept with the contemporary information to show that the connections among people are stimulators of the growth of technology and globe.
