Kenya with The Trumps #2: A reporting series on visiting missionaries

Wednesday in the neighborhood.

A panoramic of the Trump's front yard.

After a much needed night of sleep I awoke to a cool crisp morning and Josiah, Elijah, and Isaiah playing in the front yard.

The weather here is perfect: 60s at night 70s during the day. Even though I'm one degree south of the equator, Nairobi is 5,000 feet above sea level and thus makes for perfection most days.

Then we visited a local slum - Kuwinda - where a local Christian mininstry was giving out food as a Christmas gift.

The afternoon was spent at the East African Field Office with Missionary Shara Cunningham preparing for our filming tomorrow. Part of my job over these two weeks is capturing the stories of the career missionaries based here.

Add to that some online work for my ministries at home, silliness with the boys, great food, and wonderful conversation and I'm at the end of the day! The Lord is doing great things all over the world, I'm blessed to see His work done through folks here.
