How to get the best out of your video. Case Study: Brown Dog Interiors
We went to speak to Andy from Brown Dog Interiors at his shop on Derby Road, Nottingham to see how the video we produced for them has been working.
Firstly here is the video we produced for Brown Dog Interiors
Brown Dog Interiors have been very proactive in using their video. So how has the video worked for them and what did they do?
The first place the video went was on the homepage of the website and on Facebook. Within 12 hours of the video being added to Facebook it had been viewed over 800 times! The views just kept growing.
The video was also then placed into the shop window. Playing 7 days a week. Working for Brown Dog Interiors even when the shop is closed.
We met Andy for an informal chat and filmed him using an iPad to see what his thoughts were on if a video will work.
So what difference has it made?
"We have the video running 24/7 on a timer. It starts from 8am in the morning so we can catch the rush hour traffic, until 10pm at night. People stay at the shop window for longer before they come in. Customers can see the workshop and the video proves we make the furniture! You can't argue with the video....The video is working for us even when we are not there. It is getting shared and seen by customers who then share it with their friends. More and more people comment saying they have seen the video and then come in the shop."
