What about maintenance and running costs?
The eClear system uses less than 1Kwh per day under average use.
The only consumable is the copper ionization electrodes. They last about 2 years under average use
If you decide on an Ultraviolet system, the lamp lasts around 10 000 hours, about 2-3 years under average use.
The plates are self cleaning but may need a spring clean once or twice a year. You can do it yourself.
You may need to top up Calcium once a year. To maintain the water's conductivity.

Ultraviolet is an added layer of sanitization for you water. It also kills floating living matter, as does the copper ionization element of the eClear system. UV also is effective at breaking down oils and body fats in the water column. Certainly recommended for commercial installations and pools with high swim loads. Or if you just want extra protection.
"Ok, I want the eClear system, can it be installed on my existing pool setup?"
Yes it can.
However!
Since the eClear system is a natural way of cleaning your pool water, our system requires good filtration and water movement in your pool.
This means correct sized pumps and filters according to international standards.
Entire pool water volume should flow through your filter every 4 hours. There should be no "dead spots" in your pool with no water movement.
Your pool must be kept clean of solids, i.e. Leaves, grass etc. as these provide phosphates which is food for algae.
Your PH must be kept between 6.8-7.2 to render eClear's sanitization most effective. (Closer to 6.8)

If we have installers in your area, then yes. (Cost not included)
